Your Body Is Your Temple

“Our body is our temple” so treat it kindly, lovingly, and give thanks to it every day. Sometimes it is not until we are sick, hurt, or in pain that we realize how important it is to take good care of our bodies. You know the saying “the proof is in the pudding”? Well take a good look in the mirror and assess (in a healthy and realistic manner) what you have doing, not doing, eating, and not eating that is reflected in what you see. All of what you see is a reflection of character, reinforced by beliefs, that has manifested in your health and body…..how is your “temple” doing today? what kind of foundation have you built your health on, and more deeply, your life?

Keep reaching for your peak…..and give thanks in the process.
