Life reminds me…

“If you don’t have confidence, you’ll always find a way not to win.” ~Carl Lewis

This quote reminds me that I must make a concerted effort to focus on the things in life that I do right and know about myself…thus building the confidence in the truths of myself. The moment I doubt and focus on the distractions (i.e. work stress, people, places, and situations that I can not control) that is when I begin to “sink” (Matthew 14:22-33).

However, this quote…

“You only ever grow as a human being if you’re outside your comfort zone.(Percy Cerutty)”

Reminds me that when I am focusing on the next right thing in life, and continue to check-in with my “first voice/true self/wise mind/intuition and seek guidance from my Source/God/Universe, then that uncomfortable feeling and “being out of my comfort zone” allows me to know that life is working in my favor and shaping me. My job is the be patient…have faith… and, when the time is right, have the courage to move in the direction that my talents and gifts are being called in.

Life always reminds me that we are all connected…..“One man cannot do right in one department of life while he is occupied doing wrong (or distracted/ unfocused) in any other department. Life is one indivisible whole.”

Keep reaching for your peak!
