Happy New Year beautiful people! I just wanted to share with you all that I may not be as active on my blog but I’m still spreading the goodness, wisdom, and sport psych related info through my NEW podcast The Gritty Genius 

I realized through the years that speaking and connecting with people is what I do best and felt called to manifest this podcast. It really has been years in the making. It’s going to evolve with time, especially since it’s self-supported i.e. I’m funding this project all myself, and self-produced, meaning I do all the scheduling, creating, editing, posting, etc. With that said, it’s totally worth it! Just in the short time I have gotten to connect with amazing people that have gifts and experiences to share with the world- YOU! With this podcast I wanted to create a space where anyone listening can relate, because we all go through gritty $h*t in our lives, but through that grit we gain wisdom and personal genius to move forward in life. Each one of us has an important story within us that deserves to be seen, heard and shared!

In my episodes I hope to challenge listeners to think outside of the box of social conditioning that we’ve been accustomed to. I want listeners to be assured that being vulnerable and sharing your story is where true growth and empowerment happens. I want listeners to know that even though we may not have the exact same story, we still have the same human emotions and you are not alone in that. I got you. I see you, and I want you to know, that in facing the grittiness therein lies your personal genius. Yep, I said it, YOU. ARE. A. FREAKIN Genius! I fully, wholly, believe that.
