Mackenzie is an amazing writer, author and researchers. She bring quality and authenticity to all her pieces and this book is hands down the best practical guide for incorporating mindfulness into your running practice.

I am also bias because mindfulness is a foundational mental skill that I firmly adhear to in my applied sport psychology practice. Every athlete that works with me WILL learn this skill as a basis for examining their sport performance as well as life factors contributing to sport performance. “As in sport so in life. As if life so in sport”

Lastly, I am bias because Mckenzie interviewed me along with many other amazing experts in the running and mindfulness world. I am truly honored and humbled to be apart of an amazing project/book, that is helping change the culture of how we approach our run performance in relationship to our selves.
