Hi Everyone! I feel like it’s been forever since I’ve done a pregnancy update but it’s for good reason- we are in the home stretch to welcoming our little bambino into this world. With 4 weeks to go there is still so much we gotta do, so with that said I had a few minutes this past weekend to record an update.
In this update, I discuss a bit of my history with sport; what I am currently doing for activity/exercise; and where my mind has been when it comes fitness post baby. Overall, I’ve been feeling pretty good but definitely anxious. There are so many unknowns to prepare for and a process , that unless you have been through, is life changing. However, I have a great support system and the best husband, along with a loving women tribe that has my back.
