Your dream is a powerfully unique manifestation of your intuitive understanding of your unique talents, gifts, values and purpose combined with a whole hell of a lot of effort and work Your dream makes sense to you beyond the sacrifices of the daily grind. Your dream is at the center and core of your heart and soul so much so that nothing and no one can comprise it’s essence. YOUR dream is your responsibility and no one else’s. You weren’t put here on earth to just live and work! You were created to dream! To realize YOUR magnificent power to create ANYTHING. To make SOMETHING out of NOTHING! So, get to it and get ready because your dream will light up the whole world.
It’s that time of the year for the world of Ironman distance triathlon, The Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii! Many triathlete’s who have made their dreams come true are making their way to the Big Island for this grand celebration, including our very good friends Marni and Karel Sumbal of Trimarni Coaching and Nutrition who are BOTH racing this year…Yay!!! Well, recently one my of my “Kona” dreams came true…
I am featured in Triathlete Magazine “Insiders Guide to Kona” October 2015 issue, page 68 “Jog Your Memory” article by Mackenzie Lobby Havey!!!
While this dream come true is certainly wonderful and amazing, it was years in the making, and that is the real reward. This is a manifestation of years of grinding, believing, giving, working (and many times for free), researching, investing and everything in between. This didn’t just happen and it wasn’t luck. It is something I have worked for my whole life. It is a reflection and a part of who I am. I don’t give up. I don’t let up. I work my ass off and do it well for those I am committed to. I stay true to myself even when many people called me “crazy, wild or too ambitious” (as if those are bad things). I kept moving forward when faith was my only ride.
So beautiful people, all of you out there, this is for YOU! This is my way of saying “Thank You” for all your support and positive energy. I know that I don’t personally know many of you but that does not make it any less sincere. We were all made to help and support one another to achieve greatness. We were all mean to help each other shine! NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS and thank you for helping me shine…Namaste!
Mucho love,
Dr. G
“Recipe for greatness ? To bear up under loss, to fight the bitterness of defeat and the weakness of grief, to be victor over anger, to smile when tears are close, to resist evil men and base instincts, to hate hate and to love love, to go on when it would seem good to die, to seek ever after the glory and the dream, to look up with unquenchable faith in something evermore about to be, that is what any man can do, and so be great.” Zane Grey
