It’s so important to not get caught up in the hype and chatter of “what if’s” or self-doubt concerning race day. You have got to remind yourself that YOU got yourself here, and it is YOU who will get you through to race day. You can’t choose the wind, hills, water conditions, temperature, BUT you can choose your attitude. Remind yourself that you are in control of how you respond or react. You have greatness in you and self-trust is the key to unlock it. Own it!
