Go forward with excitement…not fear

“When you put yourself on the line in a race and expose yourself to the unknown, you learn things about yourself that are very exciting.”
*Doris Brown Heritage, Five-time World Cross-Country Champion

Sometimes the “race” is not an athletic performance but “toeing” a new risk or choice in life. When you put yourself out there and take a chance on the next “unknown” step in your/our life’s journey we feel exposed, we feel bare, we feel vulnerable…BUT..if we listen to the part of our self that told us to take a chance in the first place then I am sure there is faith, confidence, and peace there to propel you forward with curiosity and excitement…not fear and anxiety.

Keep reaching for your PEAK and I will see you at the TOP!
