Happy New Years Day Everyone!
It felt great to wake up this morning and relax, had my cups of Joe while finishing stuff around the house, and did some recreational reading. My hubby went out running in the park but today I was not up to the possibility of getting caught in the rain. However, I did make it out to the gym later that afternoon. It was happily surprised to see many people working out and busting a sweat:) some doing more intense workouts than others. None-the-less they got out and started the New Year doing something good for themselves. Keeping in mind my previous post, I believe that these people were manifesting the results of their actions, thoughts, and beliefs about how they wanted to start their year or just their day. It reminds of the quote, “Circumstances are not things that happen to you, they are a reflection of who you are.”
So what is life mirroring to you? What does the landscape of your life say about your beliefs? What does the circumstances of your life say about where you invest your time and energy in?
Use this approach to take an honest assessment of yourself and where you would like to begin to make change or start a new challenge in life. Start small. Give yourself credit for each step and don’t forget you are the most important person if your life.
“Circumstances are not things that happen to you, they are a reflection of who you are.”
I like that.
