This quote pretty much sums it up. There is not much I can add. However, I would say that fear is the major self-limitor of self love. Fear is an illusion that is self-contructed on things that have either happened to us in the past or a “made up” story about what we think might happen in the future. I feel humbled and blessed to be able to work with people, athletes, or anyone, as they start their journey to liberate from fear and move towards self-excellence. I am humbled to witness their light shine.

My friends, today as you read this remind yourself that you can shine. You can choose to shine. You WERE MADE TO SHINE! If people do not like it or are not receptive to it it’s probably because they have yet to overcome their own fear. Don’t be upset or hurt, keep doing what you do and wish them well….
