Here we go!… A another 1/2 marathon on the board. So excited because it’s the PF Changs Rock n’ Roll series and in AZ, plus I LOVE PF CHANGS! It’s going be a great road race on a FLAT course. It’ll be nice seeing that first 1/2 marathon of my  2010 season was the US Half in San Fransisco, that course was all hills, straight rain down pours, and cold temps. Not that I’m complaining it was an amazing race and I did well for the course (time 1:42 and 11th AG) and conditions and it was early season. So I’ll be looking forward to seeing what I can do in AZ in January and hopefully catch up with family and friends in AZ.  Until then…happy training and keep rising to the sun!
