We struggle at times with connecting to meaning, working with difficult and painful thoughts and feelings, and being present for ourselves and others in our lives.
In this class, Dr. Petruzzelli will introduce and help you develop core skills based on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) modalities. ACT is a form of cognitive behavioral therapy designed to increase psychological flexibility through core mindfulness processes to engage in a richer, fuller life and cope with the challenges inherent in such a life.
